Is this true? However, I very clearly and completely counsel them regarding their chances of not only getting pregnant, but delivering a healthy child. In the U.S. we quote two statistics based on age: (1) pregnancy rate per cycle and (2) delivery rate. My oldest successful pregnancy (child delivered and normal) is at 44 years old. As a Christian, I believe in miracles, and what I do is as God's helper and nothing more. He can certainly make miracles come true. So, although the chances of a successful pregnancy are very low, it is not zero. Since your ovaries respond well to stimulation, you will just need to keep trying and be persistent, then, hopefully, you will have one of those miracles happen to you.women:s health and fertilityhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08894216102467479481noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1851682447163727760.post-73742513966826346182013-06-20T21:43:45.049-07:002013-06-20T21:43:45.049-07:00Hello from NZ

I had an excellent response to the IVF drugs, Clomid and was able to retrieve six eggs. I was successful in becoming pregnant with my own eggs, unfortunately at 11 and a half weeks I miscarried. I realise the success rate of having a pregnancy over 40 is low but it is possible. I am that prime example, however it must be noted, that the journey of having a baby is more difficult over 40 and does lead to higher risk associated with miscarriage. The important fact to link in a with a good IVF program that will give you the correct and right advise as to whether your chances of conceiving and keeping your pregnancy are realistic and practical.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
